In response to growing demand and interest in the commercial property inspection field, 5 Senses Inspector Training now offers a PCA 201 Commercial Property Inspection Training. In it, we will:
- Review the ASTM and InterNACHI standards for inspecting commercial properties
- Learn how to conduct document research, from flood plains to fire departments
- Discuss typical commercial issues and costs
- Conduct three full commercial inspections on-site together
- Write three professional-quality PCA reports
- Take home an easy-to-use guide for replicating this in the future
